| Activities | A number of scout troops, cub packs, venture posts and explorers will be showing examples of the activities they partcipate in and skills they learn as scouts. There will be plenty of games and fun things to do for boys and girls of all ages, including chariot races, archery competition, knot tieing, signal towers and rope bridges, push carts, outdoor cooking, camp fire skits and songs and a special flag retirement ceremony. The order of the Arrow will present their famous indian dance team. Explorer scouts with the fire department will be demonstrating fire safety. The American Heart Association will be demonstrating CPR techniques. Venture Crews will be onhand to explain about their high-adventure co-ed programs for teens and young adults. | |||
| Sleep-Over Camp Out |
All scouts are invited to stay for the Sleep-Over Camp Out Saturday evening at the Youth Center. Scouts with tents will camp on the field, while others with sleeping bags can join the sleep-over inside the gym. | |||
